Stressing your body through rigorous training can put you at risk for injury, thus hampering the quality of your training and your performance on race day. Some athletes feel prone to injury, especially as they increase the time and/or intensity of their training. At Aerobic Arsenal, we don’t believe it has to be that way!
All athletes have their own unique weaknesses and strengths. We strive to provide our athletes with the tools, training, treatment, and tips to harness their strengths and build upon their weaknesses. By doing so, we help them maximize their chances for success come race day. We do this by providing science-based training plans, consistent and proven physical therapy treatments to stay ahead of the injury curve, and in-person coached workouts in a team environment.

Organized Team Runs Prepping for your event will require long hours on the trail. Those runs are always more enjoyable when done with teammates training for the same or similar events. We take advantage of amazing local trails to get the specificity of training that our athletes need.
Regular Physical Therapy Sessions Stay ahead of the injury curve with preventative maintenance, and take care of small injuries before they blossom in to large ones with regular bi-weekly physical therapy sessions. Local athletes can do in-person sessions, while remote athletes can utilize on-line virtual appointments with a board certified licensed physical therapist.
Professional Coaching Your scientifically backed training will be designed and tailored for you by a certified UESCA Ultrarunning Coach who has helped beginning to elite endurance athletes achieve their goals for over 20 years,
Fun Team Environment Whether you are local or remote team member, you will benefit from the support, motivation and fun that comes from being part of a successful team. Outside of team workouts and runs, Aerobic Arsenal looks to provide social opportunities to promote team building and fun.
